Production Operator

The Production Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machines and equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes while meeting quality and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or vocational course graduate
- With or without experience (training will be provided)
- Willing to work in shifting schedules and overtime if needed
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Can follow instructions and work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines as needed
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Report machine malfunctions, defects, or production issues to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area
- Follow safety rules, company policies, and proper use of PPE
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Assist in minor machine maintenance and repairs
- Complete production reports and required documentation
