Perform end to end cycle of recruitment activities and implement successful recruitment strategies. This includes but are not limited to sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and build a network of potential candidates. They essentially help grow the talent in the Company by finding the most suitable people to contribute to the Company's future success.

What you'll be doing

Talent Sourcing, Selection and Acquisition

• Checks and validates the received Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) against the plantilla, ensuring that all signatories, whether for replacement or additional, have signed the MRF.
• Create a job posting draft and have it reviewed by the Immediate Superior prior posting to job boards in all sourcing channels.
• Creates networks to establish pool of applicants across functions by ensuring all vacant talents are posted via active job portals and sourcing platforms (Internal hiring, Facebook, Jobstreet, Mynimo, Indeed, LinkedIn, Headhunter, bulletin boards, PESO, Employee Referral Program, etc.)
• Participates in job fairs and campus placement activities.
• Ensures all job ads are always updated based on job description, salary range offer, work location, work schedule, and others.
• Reviews all submitted resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in to the position requirements while upholding policies, procedures and best practices.
• Profiles individuals fit for the job through assessments and initial interviews (online or in-person) using behavioral-based interviewing techniques and all appropriate tools and test batteries.
• Interviews all-level applicants and takes part in vetting potential candidates.
• Ensures that all applicants are informed of the outcome, whether one passed or failed.
• Monitors job board credit limits, efficacy and trends.
• Liaises as a single point of contact for Hiring Managers.
• Develops and maintains candidate pools for divisions with high volume of recruitment.

Background Check, Pre-employment Medical Exam, Job Offer and Employee Onboarding

• Ensures all Rank-and File applicants go through and passed internal background checking.
• Ensures all Supervisory and up applicants go through and passed the Background Investigation (BI) via partner service provider.
• Ensures all candidates passed the Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
• Ensures all candidates are provided with the most updated Job Description.
• Negotiates job offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
• Prepares Job Offers and Pre-Employment Contracts for Rank-and-File employees.
• Administrates all paperwork regarding the hiring of a new employee.
• Ensures smooth facilitation of New Employee Orientation Program with corresponding Job Induction checklist and Performance Objectives Setting.

Documentation

• Up to date tracking of recruitment metrics.
• Ensures that the Applicant tracker is regularly updated.
• ManCom & HR Monthly meeting reporting

• Ensures all new hires have complete 201 files upon onboarding.
• Annually reviews and refines recruitment policies and procedures.

Compliance

• Abides Company Policies, Rules and Regulations on Discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, Quality Schemes, Safety and other related Company Policies being implemented.
• Ensures that recruitment practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Exercises due diligence to promote and foster fair recruitment practices.
• Attends team meetings as required.
• Maintains confidentiality in all recruitment records and upholds the highest standards of ethical conduct when dealing with sensitive employee information / data.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or other related courses
• At least 1 year experience
• Behavioral Interviewing techniques 
• Intermediate knowledge in effective hiring platforms that attract suitable candidates. 
• Stress Tolerance, Assertiveness, Negotiation Skills, Facilitation Skills, resourceful, analytic, systematic and highly organized. 
• Results-driven and high attention to detail to maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation. 
• Ability to work with less supervision, performs & delivers under strict timelines. 
• Intermediate MS Office application and data entry 
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Possesses demonstrated ability to act with integrity, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 
• Trustworthy, honest and efficient. Relationship Management and strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interface with all levels in the organization and external stakeholders with diplomacy. 
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills to address recruitment issues.
