Production Supervisor

Description - Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any production issues.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
