- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity.
- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports for upper management.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in operations management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and management skills; proficient in technical aspects of operations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to strategize and execute operational plans efficiently.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a proactive problem solver.
