Are you a hands-on production leader who knows how to keep operations efficient, organized, safe, and on schedule? Join our team as a Production Manager and help drive excellence across our production operations!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily production activities and ensure targets are met
- Plan and monitor production schedules and workflow
- Supervise and motivate production staff
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food safety standards
- Monitor production efficiency and address operational issues
- Implement improvements to increase productivity and minimize waste
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience in printing and packaging is an advantage
- Strong supervisory and production management skills
- Knowledge of GHP, ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-4:2018, FSSC 22000 v5.1, FDA guidelines, and related food safety standards is preferred
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to manage production planning and schedules effectively
