Operations Management

Reviews and analyzes Financial reports and other management reports prepared by the clients’ staff or by Integrated Financial Reporting Services (IFRS) team of Infinnum.Prepares Management Reports and Dashboards, Execom Deck Presentation.Collaborates with clients' employees on Financial Accounting reports and related analysisAnalyzes financial data and provides analysis of trends and forecasts and recommends actions on but not limited to growth and profitability.Performs and assists on special projects for clients such as feasibility studies, financial simulations and budgetingAssists in the report presentation to clients ExeCom and Board meetings, if included in service engagement activitiesAssists in strategic planning sessions in terms of presentation, data mining and research on economics and trends , facilitation, budgetingDocuments and reports to immediate head issues encounter that affects our delivery system to the client.Attends internal Operations Committee and assists immediate head present required dashboards/reportsAttends Account meetings and assists immediate head present required dashboards/reportsAssists immediate head to identify the team's strengths and weaknesses/challenges, and participates in the improvement process

People Management

Monitors the performance of Junior Consultants based on objectives and deliverables contained in our service engagement contract with our clients.Supervises and reviews the work of Junior ConsultantsAssists in the training of Junior Consultants on matters, if any, related to the service engagementMentors and coaches Junior ConsultantsAssists immediate head in effectively communicating goals and setting clear expectations to Junior ConsultantsEngagement to other practice units teams for employee engagement and trainings.

Account/Client Management

Ensures Service Level Agreements (SLA) and project deliverables with clients are met timely.Develops good working relationship with internal and external partners that result in improvement and strong service deliveryBuilds trust with clients and effectively identifies key opportunity areas that improve customer experienceIdentify the issues and concerns of the account and inform immediate headSuggests solutions to the identified issues and concernsParticipates with the managers on evaluating the accounts in terms of account profitability and customer satisfaction (CSAT), billing and collections.

Others

Makes recommendation to improve the existing service delivery practices and proceduresProtects organization’s value and maintain professional standards at all timesAdhere to the company's policies and operating guidelines.Other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time by immediate head

1. A graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, finance, Business Management, and other related courses

2. With experience in direct reporting to senior executives , managing and supervising team is an advanatage

3. Has minimum 3 to 5 years of finance and accounting experience , financial and investment reporting aand analysis , budgeting , financial study and simulations

4. Demonstrated skill in gathering, organizing, and interpreting available data to support financial forecasts or results.

5. Preferably have experience interpreting non-financial results such as business drivers and indicators, valuation, statistics, economic data, etc.

6. Must have experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, etc.

7. Willing to do travels and client visits if needed.

8. Willing to work and report in an hybrid arrangement .

2. With extensive knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Planning principles and concepts and highly analytical;

7. The ability to use various technology application platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Video Conferencing tools, and Accounting technology such as Xero, SAP, and Netsuite is a plus.

9. Conflict Management - Ability to deal with various situations in a diplomatic, balanced and fair manner employing effective negotiation skills to restore alignment and focus on the goals and objectives at hand
