CX Automations and Projects Lead

We are looking for a hands-on CX Automations & Projects Lead to join our Customer Experience team in the Philippines. Reporting to the Senior Director of CX, you will lead a team of Automation Engineers and own the planning, delivery, and tracking of a portfolio of technical projects focused on automations, tools, and AI, from initiation to completion.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to turn CX challenges into scalable solutions, keep projects on time and on budget, and continuously improve how our support operation works.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Automation Engineers, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Own a portfolio of CX automation, tooling, and AI projects from scoping and design through implementation and adoption.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Establish project governance and keep project documentation complete and up to date.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track and report on the impact of delivered projects using clear, data-driven metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proven experience developing or delivering automation, tooling, or AI solutions.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Advantage

• PMP or other project management certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in SaaS or customer support/CX operations.
