Job Description:
As a Financial Account Specialist, you will act as a primary point of contact for international bank customers. You will handle inquiries regarding account balances, transaction disputes, and credit card services while ensuring strict adherence to global financial security standards and data privacy laws.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year solid Financial BPO background is REQUIRED (e.g., Banking, Collections, or Credit Card accounts).
- Skills: Exceptional numerical proficiency and analytical thinking.
- Mindset: Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity.
