About the Role
Lead and build Collaborus’ paraplanning division from scratch . This is a founding role where you will design the service, deliver SOAs, and grow a team supporting Australian financial planners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SOAs, ROAs, research & strategy modelling
- Build and optimize paraplanning workflows (AI + automation)
- Ensure quality, compliance, and turnaround
- Hire and lead a growing team
- Manage end-to-end service delivery
Requirements
4+ years AU paraplanning experience
Strong in super, insurance, investments, SMSF
Experience with SOA/ROA preparation
Leadership potential
Process-driven + entrepreneurial mindset
