Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (5 working days with 2 consecutive days off)
Salary: 15,000- 20,000
Work Set-Up: Work on Site
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using social media and databases.
- Encode candidate’s profile information to the database.
- Screen candidates resume and qualities.
- Conducts assessments and initial Interview.
- Send and submit documents of applicants to clients via email.
- Arrange the client’s needs regarding the applicant’s requirements.
- Coordinate with clients about their needs for hiring.
- Graduate of Psychology , Human Resources , Business Administration , or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication skills —both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in handling applicant records and documents
- Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online job platforms
- Willing to be trained and learn recruitment systems and strategies
- Can work independently and as part of a team
