Accounting Staff - Entry Level Position - Fresh Graduate - Quezon City

Qualifications:

• Degree holder of accounting courses
• Must be fresh graduate or candidates without experience
• Our company provide paid training
• Dedicated, passionate and honest
• This is an accounting role so being keen to details is important
• Should be positive when dealing with clients 
• Can handle deadlines since payment with government has deadline
• Can coordinate well with other departments like HR team 
• Willing to work in a Japanese environment 
• Preferably female since most employees are female but open to any genders
• Willing to be flexible in order to learn basic accounting 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform General accounting tasks
• Record expenses of the company 
• Release budget to employees based on requests
• Check if the official receipts are accurate
• Updating the book of accounts and disbursement
• Send billing invoices to clients 
• Collecting payments from clients
• Paying Taxes and Compensation
• Handle Payroll of employees
