Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through social media platforms, job portals, and candidate databases.
- Encode and maintain accurate candidate information in the company database.
- Review and screen candidates’ resumes, qualifications, and profiles based on client requirements.
- Conduct candidate assessments and initial interviews.
- Coordinate and submit qualified applicants’ documents to clients through email.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and applicant requirements.
- Communicate with clients through email and other channels to address concerns and provide updates.
- Provide appropriate recommendations and suggestions to clients regarding qualified candidates.
- Assist clients during applicant interviews and assessments.
- Clearly explain the client’s job requirements, qualifications, and expectations to applicants.
- Monitor the recruitment process and coordinate with both clients and applicants to ensure a smooth hiring process.
