Marketing Generalist

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant / Generalist to support the day-to-day marketing activities across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have a good balance of creativity, digital marketing knowledge, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage ongoing marketing tasks as well as ad hoc projects.

• Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)
• Work Set up: Onsite (Clark, Pampanga)
• Salary range: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000

In this role, you will:

Client Based (50%):

• Assist with day-to-day marketing activities across multiple brands.
• Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva .
• Develop and schedule organic and paid social media content.
• Maintain content calendars and assist with campaign planning and rollouts.
• Assist with basic copywriting for digital marketing and SEO purposes.
• Design and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp .
• Maintain and improve automated email flows and customer communications.
• Support SMS marketing campaigns using Podium .
• Monitor digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with AI-related initiatives and improve the company's online presence and AI visibility/rankings.
• Update and maintain WordPress websites, including content updates and basic website improvements.
• Assist with SEO activities and website optimization.
• Support data entry, dashboard reporting, and internal system improvements.
• Ensure consistency across brand assets, marketing materials, and digital channels.
• Maintain organised marketing files, content calendars, and workflows.
• Assist the Marketing Manager and operational teams with ad hoc marketing projects as required.

Internal – Marketing:

Content Creation & Copywriting

• Develop and execute engaging content for web, print, and social media.
• Write clear, compelling copy and captions tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Optimize content for SEO and support CRM and inbound marketing initiatives.

Design and Visuals

• Design brand-consistent graphics for marketing materials, campaigns, and social media.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos, including basic scripting and storyboarding.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments in a timely, brand-aligned manner.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track content performance using Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Report on campaign results and suggest optimizations for reach and engagement.

Email & Advertising:

• Create and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.
• Assist in planning and executing paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

General Marketing Support: 

• Collaborate on internal marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support various ad hoc marketing tasks as needed.

We're Looking for Someone Who has: 

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting multiple brands, campaigns, or marketing projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva and creativity tools/software.
• Experience with Mailchimp and email marketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and basic SEO principles.
• Experience with social media content creation, scheduling, and campaign management.
• Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms such as Podium is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working on both recurring and ad hoc tasks.
• Comfortable using AI tools and learning new technologies and systems.
• Experience in the automotive, franchise, or multi-brand environment is an advantage but not required.
