- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduate
- With nursing experience and /or OHS nursing.
- Coordinate with the HMO provider to administer and facilitate healthcare benefits for NTPI employees, including enrollment, updates, and claims coordination.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate health and wellness programs and activities that promote employee well-being and a healthy workplace.
- Provide first aid and basic medical assistance for employees with minor illnesses or injuries, and refer cases requiring further medical attention to appropriate healthcare providers when necessary.
