- Coordinating and administering therapeutic IV treatments and infusions
- Developing care plans for the consistent clients
- Educating patients and caregivers
- Managing complications with infusion therapies
- Monitoring patient responses to treatment
- Performing patient assessments
- Reviewing lab reports and drug information
- Create and maintain positive customer relations for home infusion and other in-home services programs
- Provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, or alternate living site (transpo service is provided)
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the company
- Strong venous access skills must be able to access peripheral veins
- Previous home infusion experience is strongly preferred
- Nursing Degree, BSN preferred
- 2-5 Years of relevant working experience
- Preferred work of 3 years providing patient care in an ambulatory health care environment
- Must possess strong patient care skills participative and team-building management skills
- Hardworking and persevering
- Collaborative and has Initiative
- Resourcefulness
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage clients personal needs and conditions as well as the company’s
- Good communication skills
- Strong client customer service
