The Company Nurse is a registered nurse responsible for providing healthcare and medical support to employees, contractors, and visitors within the company. The role also supports occupational health and safety programs in accordance with DOLE regulations. Key Responsibilities 1. Workplace Health & Medical Support Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees, contractors, and visitors Assist in health maintenance examinations and referrals to physicians when necessary Manage medical emergencies in the workplace 2. Occupational Health & Safety (DOLE Compliance) Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs Support health-related programs in the absence of a physician Participate in workplace safety and health improvement initiatives Recommend improvements to working conditions affecting employee health and well-being Maintain accurate medical and health records and reports, including DOLE annual reporting when required 3. Administrative & Reporting Duties Maintain health records and reporting systems Ensure accurate documentation of medical cases and workplace incidents Coordinate with management regarding employee health concerns ・Performance Expectations Accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks (quality standards, 5S compliance) Ability to identify abnormalities and suggest improvements (Kaizen mindset) Strong teamwork and positive work attitude Effective communication and proper reporting (HORENSO principle) High attendance rate (95–100%) Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BS Nursing) Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) 1–2 years of nursing or related experience Proficient in MS Office applications Benefits: During Probation Free lunch Free breakfast (first and last day of the week) Free shuttle service (various locations in Laguna & Batangas areas) HMO coverage from day one Perfect attendance incentives Upon Regularization Life and accident insurance Paid leaves (VL, SL, Birthday Leave, Bereavement Leave, Marriage Leave) Marriage gift Bereavement assistance Education support New baby gift Work schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (shift may vary) Monday to Saturday; Overtime may be required Interview process: F2F
