We are hiring Call Center Agents for our partner BPO companies in Alabang.
This is an all-in-one application process where qualified applicants will be profiled to the following companies:
- Alorica
- Concentrix
- Ibex
- Foundever
Applicants will be matched based on their qualifications, experience, and availability.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Follow company guidelines and account-specific processes
- Maintain professional communication during calls or chats
- Meet basic performance and quality standards
Basic Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (old curriculum)
- With or without BPO experience
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang
- Willing to undergo interviews and assessments
