HEAD NURSE

The Head Nurse provides continuous, professional nursing care to promote and restore residents’ health. They respect each resident’s independence, preferences, and family involvement while ensuring care meets RainTree Care’s quality standards. Working closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, the Head Nurse supervises caregivers and nurses, delivers accurate medical treatment, and offers physical and emotional support to residents and their families—including compassionate care during end‑of‑life stages.
Responsibilities
- Lead & supervise the clinical team
- Plan staff schedules & daily operations
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth care
- Train & mentor nursing staff for compliance
- Manage care plans & support residents across all stages
- Ensure quality standards & accurate medical treatment
- Provide compassionate support to residents & families
- Step in for Clinical Care Manager when needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Nursing (required)
- Master’s (optional)
- 3+ years as Head Nurse or in a supervisory role
