General Manager - 15yrs exp - EDSA QC

 A bachelor';s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or a related discipline.

• A degree in Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Professional engineering registration is an advantage but not mandatory.
• At least 15 years of progressive management experience, with a minimum of 5 years

in a senior executive leadership role.  Proven experience leading engineering, technology, systems integration, construction, building services, or related businesses.  Demonstrated responsibility for profit and loss, Responsbilities: Strategic planning and business development Sales leadership and financial management Budgeting, contract negotiation, and risk management Operational excellence, organizational growth, and change management Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to build and develop high-performing teams, inspire technical professionals, make sound decisions, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and drive innovation while maintaining operational discipline.
