College Grad or College Level Preferably Male 1 year experience Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency Basic computer skills, including document management and data entry Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and copiers Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Responsibilities: Sort and classify incoming documents according to established filing systems File paper and electronic records accurately and in a timely manner Retrieve requested files and documents for employees or departments Maintain file indexes, labels, and tracking logs for easy access Scan, copy, and archive records while ensuring document quality Protect confidential information and follow records retention procedures Update filing systems when documents are added, removed, or transferred Assist with document purging and storage organization
