Senior Business Development Manager - 5yrs exp - Sal:60k-80k - QC

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field. 5 years experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within IT. Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, cloud, or digital transformation offerings. Has background in the IT software and hardware industry with great exposure in either of the following verticals:

• Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
• Healthcare
• Government
• Logistics
• Schools & Universities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with Marketing to identify and develop sales leads.
• Nurtures leads into qualified opportunities.
• Takes charge of pre-sales efforts, including the creation of a value proposition, the preparation of

• Takes charge of closing and finalizing commercial documentation.
• Acts as a solutions consultant whenever possible.
• Develops a strong relationship with our customers.
• Monitors and assists the Delivery Team during the engagement period.
• Reports status of pipelines and funnels on a periodic basis.
• Responsible for the revenue and business growth of the verticals being covered.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers and growing them.
