As a Wealth Planner, you won't just sell insurance. You will become a trusted financial partner, guiding clients toward smarter financial decisions, better protection, and a more secure future.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis for individuals, families, and business owners
- Design and present personalized wealth and protection plans using FWD Life Philippines products. Educate clients on life insurance, investment-linked plans (VUL), retirement strategies, and health coverage.
- Build and grow a portfolio of long-term client relationships built on trust and excellence.
- Stay updated on financial market trends, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
- Meet and exceed monthly activity targets and production goals
- Attend regular training sessions, team meetings, and company events
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree graduate in any course
- Filipino citizen
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others
- With or without experience in financial services — full training provided
- Willing to obtain an Insurance Commission (IC) license (we will guide and support you through the process)
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven and client-facing environment
