What You’ll Be Doing
As our Production Planner , you’ll be the brain behind the build — the one who turns orders into action and timelines into results. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure that every piece is made on time.
Your mission will include:
- Building and managing daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules based on sales orders and forecasts
- Coordinating with purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure materials and capacity are aligned
- Monitoring workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recalibrating timelines as needed
- Using data to solve problems, drive efficiency, and reduce delays
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in workflow and planning systems
- Ensuring accurate records and documentation for U.S. export compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or similar
- 3+ years experience in production planning in manufacturing , preferably in Asia
- Familiarity with world export timelines and requirements is a big plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (experience with MRP tools is a bonus)
- Clear communicator in both spoken and written English
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and deadline-focused
