- Market Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of financial markets, including trends, opportunities, and risks, to advise clients on optimal investment strategies and transactions.
- Deal Origination: Identify potential deal opportunities, initiate and maintain relationships with financial institutions and counterparties, and negotiate agreements favorable to clients.
- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Collaborate with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to develop and review financial models, forecasts, and analyses, ensuring accurate representation of potential returns and risks
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; a professional designations such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) may be an advantage.
- Professional Certification: Compliance with regulatory requirements; obtaining certifications such as FINRA registration or other relevant designations is required
