Travel Reservation Specialist
A Travel Reservation Specialist assists customers with booking and managing travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, tours, and packages. The role focuses on providing accurate travel information, resolving booking issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through phone, chat, or email support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with making, modifying, or canceling travel reservations.
- Provide information on flights, hotels, tour packages, pricing, and travel policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to booking errors, refunds, or cancellations.
- Process reservations accurately using travel booking systems and CRM tools.
- Communicate with airlines, hotels, or travel partners to confirm availability or resolve concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Meet response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent ( college education preferred )
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of travel systems, online booking platforms, or ticketing procedures
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
