- Resolve client inquiries and issues related to travel and healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide reports as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Healthcare Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
