Description - Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, and travel packages.
- Manage inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
- Resolve any travel-related issues that may arise during the booking or travel experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and promotional offers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in travel planning or retail travel sector.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
