Operations Supervisor

- Leads a team of heads and operational staff to ensure team objectives are achieved and deadlines are met.
- Ensures sales targets are met by coordinating resources, leading strategy, and providing operational support to the sales team.
- Oversees inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, stock levels, and timely replenishments.
- Supervises collections and payables processes, ensuring accuracy and timely transactions.
- Prepares regular sales performance reports to management.
- Develops and implements operational procedures that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Promotes a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department.
- Graduate of any four-year course (Business-related field is a plus).
- At least 2 years of experience in an operations-related role as a supervisor.
- Experience in sales, marketing, inventory, planning, and strategy is preferred.
- Proficiency in office applications (MS Word, Excel, email); experience handling or familiarity with a sales-related software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Can work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; with positive attitude, flexible, and can handle pressure.
