Retail Sales Operation Manager

Description - Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and support sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive business growth.
- Implement training programs to develop sales staff skills and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate effective stock replenishment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, specifically in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and staffing.
- Familiarity with sales reporting, performance analysis, and compliance with company and government regulations.
- Great customer service skills including upselling and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Experience in supervising, scheduling, and training retail staff.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, receiving procedures, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
