ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Seeking an organized, mature officer to oversee efficient workflow of customer inquiry-handling & sales, cash chain-of-custody, HR concerns (payroll, benefits, SSS/PHIC/HDMF), periodic internal accounting & external financial reporting, coordination with field workers for customer service. Preferably with accounting knowledge, plus leadership skills to balance daily operations with strategic oversight.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cash flow for regular operations and project works, as part of treasury management for balance between operational needs and investment plans.
- Implement and uphold internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Knowledgeable in BIR taxation, input/output VAT, reporting deadlines
- Perform regular reconciliation of accounts (to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee HR matters, payroll preparation, SSS/PHIC/HDMF matters, and compliance with the Philippine Labor Code for benefits & disciplinary matters.
- Prepare monthly reports and financial statements for upper management
- Office staff supervision, customer service coordination, vendor relations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA a plus)
- 3–5 years for real-estate or similar-type sales (full payments, installment plans, interest & penalties)
- Strong knowledge of software for accounting work: QuickbookS. installment-monitoring apps, Google suite, Microsoft apps (plus familiarity with basic office computer setups)
- Leadership ability, excellent communication skills for office management
Residents of Tanjay City (Negros Oriental) or nearby municipalities are preferred, as this work involves full-time on-site presence (5-½-day workweek).
