Accounting Specialist

Southern Mindanao Enterprises-Dumaguete Inc.
- Conducts warehouse and van inventory monthly during Book Month Period or as mandated by the Accounting Supervisor or the Management
- Encoding
- Renders overtime work upon instruction of the management or supervisor to avoid the accumulation of pending jobs, especially during the Book Month period
- Perform day-to-day assigned tasks on a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Perform such other duties as may be appropriate to the position or as requested by the Management.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial management, accounts receivable/payable, and general accounting methods.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
