About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and develop a high performing team under a Telco account You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency ensuring performance targets are met and maintaining high quality and compliance standards
Job Summary
The Team Leader is responsible for guiding and developing a team to ensure operational efficiency adherence to performance metrics and alignment with client and company standards This role focuses on employee development quality assurance and process compliance
- Ensure schedule adherence and meet required production hours
- Maintain compliance with client and company customer experience and quality standards
- Use and share performance data to improve team productivity and achieve targets
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
- Ensure compliance with internal policies client standards and applicable laws
- Support team development through training mentoring and continuous guidance
- Monitor team KPIs and report performance to the Operations Manager
- Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies
- Drive attrition control and improve employee retention
Qualifications
- At least 2 years Team Leader experience handling Telco accounts in a BPO setting
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years overall experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Open to High School or SHS graduates or Bachelors degree holders
- Strong leadership communication and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret operational data
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a shifting schedule
- Open to Filipino or local applicants only
