Team Leader of Clinical

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical team.
- Oversee client management and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Recruit, train, and support staff to enhance team performance.
- Prepare annual performance evaluations and implement improvement strategies.
- Review and evaluate processes to ensure quality service delivery.
- Coordinate client rosters and manage staffing requirements efficiently.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruitment, training, and support processes.
