HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - QUEZON CITY (35K SIGNING BONUS)

About the role

Stark BPO Services is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an attractive 35K signing bonus to the right candidate. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our organisation, handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This role is central to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, directly contributing to the success and reputation of Stark BPO Services. You will work on-site in our Quezon City Metro Manila office, where you will collaborate with fellow team members to deliver exceptional customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner

• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, patience and efficiency, working towards first-contact resolution where possible

• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers, ensuring they understand solutions offered

• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system

• Process customer requests, such as order placements, cancellations, returns and billing inquiries

• Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary

• Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards consistently

• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices

• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores and quality metrics

• Participate in training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification at minimum

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and listen actively

• Excellent customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help and satisfy customers

• Patience, empathy and professionalism when handling difficult or frustrated customers

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously without compromising quality

• Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality with flexibility to work scheduled shifts

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre operations or a related field is highly valued

• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment whilst also demonstrating independence and initiative
