CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (QUEZON CITY)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides safe, efficient lice treatment using Nitolic, ensuring effective application anf thorough removal.
Prioritizes client comfort and care throughout the treatment process.
Builds good rapport with clients and addresses their concerns professionally.
Maintains cleanliness and proper disinfection of tools and equipment.
Keeps accurate records and updates client information.
Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year course. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
With good communication and customer service skills.
Must be customer-oriented, diligent, and patient in handling tasks and customers.
Must be reliable, with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Amenable to working 6 days a week.
Willing to be assigned in #23 Congressional Avenue, Barangay Bahay Toro, Quezon City, 1106, Metro Manila
