Salary:
- This is up to 16k Salary Package
Qualifications:
- No BPO experience required!
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- College undergraduates and fresh graduates of any course are highly welcome.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand different accents.
- Comfortable navigating multiple tabs and software simultaneously.

- Onsite Initial Interview, Assessment and Final Interview
Daily Responsibilities:
- Switch between multiple tools, databases, and websites quickly while talking to a customer.
- Handle complaints professionally and try to solve them on the first contact.
- Listen carefully to understand the customer’s needs and provide the right solutions.
