Qualifications:
Educational Background
- At least High School (HS)or Senior High School (SHS)graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO international voice experience
- OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience
- We also welcome fresh graduates or candidates with no prior BPO experience, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills
Skills & Competencies
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good customer service orientation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail
Work Requirements
- Willing to work onsite
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Can start immediately
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle international voice calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns.
- Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with clients and team members.
- Adhere to company policies, shifting schedules, and onsite work requirements.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a customer-first mindset in all tasks.
