- Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage audits, tax filings, and other financial obligations.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
- 10 years in Accounting Department, 5 years of which are Managerial
- Financial Statements and Finance skills
- Analytical skills, Solid judgement along with decision making skills
- Experience with Journal Entries (Accounting), Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Fixed Assets
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedure
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
