Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall franchise operations and expansion strategy of the company
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners aligned with company standards
- Develop and implement franchise policies, systems, and operational guidelines
- Oversee franchise store openings, ensuring compliance with brand standards, store design, and operational requirements
- Monitor performance of franchise outlets and provide support to improve sales, operations, and profitability
- Ensure franchisees comply with company standards, including product quality, food safety, and customer service
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, QA) to support franchise network needs
- Handle franchise agreements, documentation, and relationship management
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with franchise partners
- Identify opportunities for growth, market expansion, and process improvements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in retail, food business, or franchise operations
- With proven experience in handling franchise accounts, expansion, or multi-branch operations
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industry is a strong advantage
- Background in handling P&L, sales performance, and business development is preferred
