IQVIA seeks a Team Lead for Data Management in Taguig City to oversee daily operations, ensure SLA compliance, and manage team performance through monitoring, training, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead team to meet SLA commitments and compliance requirements
- Monitor daily production output and team performance via dashboards and huddles
- Develop and implement process improvements and operational control measures
- Coordinate training programs, assessments, and refresher courses for new and existing staff
- Conduct coaching sessions and corrective actions to align team with KPI goals
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing operational teams
- Knowledge of data management processes and databases
- Familiarity with clinical research or healthcare operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with performance metrics and dashboard reporting
- Ability to work night shifts and hybrid arrangements
