AML Compliance Team Lead / Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Overview
We are hiring an AML Compliance Team Lead / Regulatory Compliance Specialist to oversee day-to-day AML and fraud investigation operations. This role is responsible for leading analysts, ensuring investigation quality, meeting regulatory standards, and supporting audit readiness in a highly regulated environment.
Work Setup: Full Onsite
Location: Taguig – Uptown area
Shift: Morning shift
Rest Days: Weekends
Target Start Date: March 2, 2026
Joining Bonus: Up to PHP 65,000
Salary: Confidential

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage AML and fraud analysts to meet SLA, quality, and productivity targets
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
- Allocate and prioritize investigation cases and daily workflows
- Review investigation narratives, dispositions, and SAR/STR recommendations
- Act as first point of escalation for high-risk cases and operational issues
- Monitor team KPIs and implement corrective actions when required
- Maintain audit trails, escalation logs, and investigation documentation
- Partner with QA/QC and Training teams to address quality and skill gaps
- Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
- Escalate trends, risks, and control gaps to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of AML / Financial Crime / Fraud experience
- 3–5 years of supervisory or team lead experience required
- Strong background in AML investigations and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work full onsite, morning shift in Taguig
- Must be currently in the Philippines with legal right to work
