Sales Team Lead

- Acquire new Jobley accounts for U.S. clients through strategic outreach
- Conduct outbound calls to collect information necessary for job creation
- Lead business negotiations and close deals independently when needed
- Guide and support the sales team to ensure KPIs and sales goals are met
- Plan and execute strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to drive clients through the sales funnel
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead nurturing
- Communicate effectively with clients, handle inquiries, and follow up on leads
- Ensure the accuracy of client information and job postings in CRM tools
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of sales processes and negotiation techniques
- Strong customer service orientation
- Industry knowledge and experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management , Marketing, or related fields
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Demonstrated startup mindset : adaptable, proactive, and resourceful

- Strong growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
