We’re Hiring – Team Lead (Travel Industry)
Are you an experienced leader in the travel industry looking for your next opportunity in Cebu? We are seeking a results-driven Team Lead to manage a dynamic support team and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly performance targets
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to team members
• Monitor team performance and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
• Prepare reports and provide performance insights
What We’re Looking For
• College graduate
• 2–4 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• At least 2 years experience in the travel industry (support roles preferred)
• Must be currently residing in Cebu
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Stable work history (not a job hopper)
