Senior Team Lead, Procurement Accounting

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Team Lead for Procurement Accounting in Manila to oversee payables accounting operations, manage a team, and drive process improvements within Global Services Finance. The role combines operational excellence, compliance management, and strategic business partnership across a global finance network.
Responsibilities
- Execute accounting operations and daily management for procurement payables including prepayments, GRIR, and AP accounts
- Lead accounting team of up to 25 associates, ensuring compliance with worldwide procedures and SOX requirements
- Oversee timely financial period closing, audit coordination, and internal control effectiveness
- Develop team members through succession planning, performance management, and knowledge of global procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities across procurement accounting function
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline
- 6-8 years professional experience in accounting or finance roles
- 2-4 years management or supervisory experience
- Experience in shared service centers at multinational corporations or BPOs
- Experience in global account-to-report functions at large organizations
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certifications preferred
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal capabilities
