Position: HRMD Employee Relations Specialist
Industry: Construction Company
Location: Makati, City
Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resources or any related course
- At least 2 years of experience in Employee Relations
- Experience working in the same industry is advantage
- Willing to work fully on site
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
- Handling employee relations and HR duties
- Handling employee violations and concerns.
- Responsible for coordinating orientation and training for the new employees of the company.
- Maintaining accurate employee data bases and proper records of employee attendance.
