As the first point of contact for internal IT support, you'll play a key role in helping colleagues get back up and running quickly by resolving technical issues, providing exceptional support, and making a real difference in their day-to-day work. Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide premium IT support to group.one employees worldwide via E-Mail, Phone, Chat communication.
- Resolve complex technical problems and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Ticket Monitoring and ticket management in Zendesk
- Participation and ownership of projects.
- Analyse and fix disruptions.
- Documentation of incident solutions and work arounds.
- Troubleshooting (remote and on-site).
- Collaborate with other internal IT colleagues daily.
- Responsible for the rollout of devices.
- Recording the devices in the inventory tool
- Logical-analytical thinking
- Technical understanding in the area of IT
- Basic understanding of Network Technologies
- Good experiences and knowledge in Windows Client OS Systems
- Basic knowledge in Windows Servers
- Basic knowledge in MAC OS
- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft 365
- Good knowledge of client Hardware (Laptop)
- Good listening and empathic skills
- Good social skills - enjoying contact with people
- Interest in computers
- Sense of precise work
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
