Description - Oversee and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop strategies to enhance market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track sales performance and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in sales management
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Salesforce, strong negotiation and communication skills, and expertise in lead generation
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in sourcing and customer relationship management within the IT industry
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills with a results-driven mindset
