The Sales and Customer Care Manager will direct the overall strategy, daily functions, and performance of the Sales and Customer Care Department. This role will ensure alignment with Busy Bee’s customer-centric brand, overseeing inquiry responsiveness, sales conversion, service excellence, and client retention. This position will also serve as the lead in cross-department coordination to ensure seamless execution from booking to aftercare.
What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities?
- Set and monitor performance targets across KPIs: sales, upsells, subscription closures, CSAT and CRM accuracy.
- Supervise daily shift coverage and execution quality across all platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, IG, Viber, SMS, Email).
- Lead regular calibration, upskilling, and coaching of all team members.
- Manage critical escalations: Level 2 complaints, customer recovery, booking disputes, and service concerns.
- Lead Development and rollout of spiels, SOPs, templates, and internal scripts.
- Oversee monthly incentive validation and compliance review with HR and Finance.
- Collaborate with Brand, Dispatch, and Operations Department to align client promise with delivery.
What Are We Looking For?
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Business, Sales, Marketing or any other related field.
- Proven leader with at least 5 years of experience driving sales growth and marketing strategy.
- Passionate about people development—capable of transforming team performance through targeted sales coaching and customer service excellence.
- Has a proven track record in driving sales growth in a diversified organization.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills and a strong executive presence that commands respect and inspires confidence.
- Willing to work on-site in our office at Mandaluyong City from Mondays to Fridays.
- Applicants with a background in E-commerce is a plus.
