- Source Niche Profile and has experience in Volume Hiring
- Know how to conduct Head Hunting
- Can do Active hiring and Passive hiring
- Job Portals Utilization (Jobstreet, LinkedIn etc.)
- Know how to use LinkedIn Recruiter
- Stakeholder Management
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Maintain candidate records and manage applicant tracking systems.
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in recruitment software. Know how to conduct Head Hunting. Familiar in STAR Method
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, Head Hunting Niche profile, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential hybrid set up; may require overtime in peak hiring periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure; strong organizational skills.
