- Assist in ensuring that cargo loaded on board is safe and suitable for transport.
- Observe and document cargo conditions and on-board operations as they occur.
- Verify and assess cargo damage claims in an accurate and factual manner.
- Conduct survey inspections impartially and professionally.
- Prepare and submit daily narrative survey reports within set deadlines.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Perform on-board and field assignments as required.
